About the Role
This role exists to ensure people facing barriers can access sustainable employment through strong employer partnerships. You will lead employer engagement strategy, develop a high‑performing team and personally manage strategic employers that deliver volume, quality and retention.

What You Will Do
• Lead an employer‑led recruitment strategy aligned to participant capability
• Secure high‑quality vacancies and sustained employment outcomes
• Personally manage strategic and high‑volume employer accounts
• Lead and performance‑manage Employer Relationship Managers
• Drive a consistent sales culture and pipeline discipline
• Analyse labour market data to inform strategy and mitigate risk
• Ensure CRM accuracy, compliance and data integrity
Employer / Stakeholder Element
You will represent the organisation with employers, Job Centres, Local Authorities and funders, building trust through delivery rather than promises.

What You Will Bring

• Experience leading employer engagement, sales or recruitment teams
• A track record of delivering job outcomes against targets
• Confidence managing senior or strategic employer relationships
Trainable
• Sector‑specific labour market knowledge
• Contract‑specific performance frameworks
A Day in the Role
You may start with a performance review with your team.
You could spend the afternoon with a strategic employer solving recruitment challenges.
Some days will feel fast‑paced. Progress is not always immediate. Consistency is essential.
