We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Administrator to join our Belfast centre. You’ll be the first friendly face visitors meet, the organised mind behind smooth-running processes, and a key player in supporting the delivery of the DfE’s Skills for Life and Work programme, helping young people develop skills, gain qualifications, and move closer to employment.

Whether you’re opening up for the day or closing with everything in order, you’ll be making a difference, keeping our centre safe, compliant, and welcoming every single shift.

Role Purpose: As our centre Administrator, you’ll ensure smooth and compliant operations day-to-day. From managing access and handling calls, to supporting contract administration and maintaining accurate records, you’ll play a vital role in keeping both the centre and programme delivery running seamlessly. You’ll also be responsible for Health & Safety documentation, supporting staff with TAMS uploads, and contributing to the efficient delivery of services for young people.

If you already hold, or are keen to work toward, your SIA qualification, that’s a real advantage.

Success in this role looks like: Accurate and timely contract and centre admin (claims, records, uploads), Smooth, secure opening and closing of the branch,  Prompt, professional communication across all channels, Compliant Health & Safety documentation and records,  A calm, welcoming and well-organised front-of-house experience


Your Role: What You’ll Achieve

At Get Set UK, our delivery depends on great organisation, safety, and teamwork. You’ll be central to that, supporting the whole team to deliver life-changing services in a centre that runs like clockwork.

In this role, you will:

  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures and consistent safeguarding standards.
  • Maintain and manage H&S documentation, centre records, contract claims admin and TAMS uploads in line with company policy and audit expectations.
  • Handle incoming calls, visitor access, deliveries and daily enquiries with warmth, clarity and professionalism.
  • Ensure all front-of-house and administrative processes follow company standards, including safeguarding, GDPR, compliance and health & safety.
  • Support staff with programme and claims administration, with a clear focus on quality, accuracy and impact.

Who You Are

You’re dependable, confident and organised, with a natural ability to juggle tasks while staying calm under pressure. You know how to make a workplace feel safe, professional and welcoming, and you enjoy being a key part of a mission-led team.

Specifically, you bring:

  • Experience in administration, reception or centre support roles
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • An SIA qualification (or a willingness to achieve one with our support)
