Job Introduction

Can I borrow 30 seconds?

If you’re reading this, chances are you’re not just looking for a job, you’re looking for purpose.

You want to be part of something that matters, where your skills in organisation and security make a real difference.

I get the impression none of these apply to you?
They do? Thought so. Well, I’ve had my 30 seconds. Give me a minute more and read on…

The role
This isn’t just a security role - it’s a frontline position in a centre that changes lives. As our Corporate Security Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring our Belfast site is safe, secure, and professionally run. You’ll combine your SIA-qualified expertise with strong administrative skills to support daily operations, compliance, and safeguarding.

You’ll:

  • Welcome visitors and handle them with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage H&S documentation, records, and contract admin.
  • Support programme teams with secure data handling and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure safeguarding, GDPR and compliance standards are met.
  • Keep the centre safe, secure and well-organised at all times.

The person
Let me ask you:

  • Are you SIA qualified and confident in managing site security?
  • Do you have experience in reception, administration or facilities support?
  • Can you stay calm, professional and organised under pressure?
  • Are you motivated to use your skills to support a mission-driven team?

If you’re saying yes, this is built for you.

What’s in it for you?

  • Salary of £21,000 - £23,500 DOE & Quals.
  • Location: Belfast.
  • Contract: 35 hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Immediate access to wellbeing tools (GP, counselling, Headspace).
  • Enhanced healthcare, lifestyle rewards, pension, and salary sacrifice options.
  • Structured development through “Your Career, Your Journey.”
  • A role where organisation and professionalism help deliver futures.

Our values
We live them every day:

  • Be Ambitious: act with drive and purpose.
  • Be Inspiring: empower and uplift others.
  • Be Proud: take ownership and celebrate success.
  • Be Considerate: collaborate and respect others.
  • Own it: show up and do what’s needed.

So let’s finish with one last question:
If we could give you the chance to use your organisational skills to keep a centre safe, welcoming and impactful - is there any reason you wouldn’t apply today
?
