As an Apprentice Business Administrator at Get Set UK, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in supporting the RESTART team with high-quality customer service and administrative assistance. You will help ensure the smooth daily running of our Burnley office while gaining valuable hands-on experience across multiple areas of business operations.

Your day-to-day job:
- Reception Duties: Acting as front of house for the Crawley office; greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Providing general office support such as filing, scanning, and document handling.
- Telephone Support: Making outbound calls to clients and answering incoming queries.
- Diary Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for the team.
- Customer Service: Ensuring all visitors and callers are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
- Contract Support: Assisting with administrative duties related to the RESTART Scheme.
- Information, Advice & Guidance (Basic IAG): Providing initial guidance to clients when needed.
Essential Skills:
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage diaries and schedule appointments
- GCSE English and Maths, Grade 9–4 (or Grade C equivalent) or above
