Job Introduction

Get Set to be part of a winning team

Inspire Change – Become a Programme Trainer at Talentino under Get Set UK

At Talentino and Get Set UK, we believe every young person deserves a future they can be proud of. We’re on a mission to change the way young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) are supported into employment and independence. Now, we’re looking for a passionate Programme Trainer to join us in that mission. If you’re a natural communicator, motivated by impact, and confident delivering engaging, inclusive training, we’d love to hear from you.

This role is during Term time only - 37 weeks of the year

Your impact:

As a Programme Trainer at Talentino, you’ll be at the forefront of inclusive careers education. You’ll train staff across schools, colleges, and alternative education settings to deliver Talentino’s life-changing careers programmes for young people with SEND and additional needs. Your role goes beyond simple instruction – you’ll become a trusted coach, helping practitioners embed powerful, strategic careers support into their settings.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Transformational Training Delivery: Lead insightful and engaging training sessions – both remotely and on-site – equipping education staff with the skills to support learners with additional needs.
  • SEND-Focused Facilitation: Deliver high-quality webinars, workshops, and 1:1 coaching tailored to the unique contexts of mainstream, specialist, and alternative provision.
  • Lasting Impact Support: Provide follow-up guidance to help schools and colleges implement Talentino’s programmes confidently and consistently.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with the Talentino team to refine resources and training content, based on real-world feedback and impact.
  • Empowering Stakeholders: Build relationships with educators, local authorities, and employers to champion inclusive careers guidance and strategy.

Who we seek:

You’re someone who thrives on helping others grow. Whether you’ve worked in training, education, coaching, or careers support, you bring credibility, care, and energy to every session. You’ll bring:

  • Training Expertise: Experience in delivering adult training, coaching, or facilitation – ideally within education or careers guidance settings.
  • SEND Knowledge & Passion: A strong grasp of inclusive education or careers support for young people with SEND or additional needs.
  • Clear Communicator: The confidence and clarity to engage with a wide range of professionals, from SENCOs to senior leaders.
  • Empathy & Drive: A person-centred approach rooted in patience, understanding, and a genuine commitment to improving young lives.
  • Tech-Ready & Organised: Proficiency with Teams, PowerPoint, and online learning tools, alongside strong planning and attention to detail.
  • Independent Yet Collaborative: Comfortable managing your own schedule, while being a proactive part of a remote, supportive team.

Bonus if you bring experience in special schools, alternative provision, or knowledge of inclusive careers frameworks like the Gatsby Benchmarks – but what matters most is your ability to connect, train, and inspire.

You share our values:

  • Be Ambitious: Show determination and innovation in your approach.
  • Be Inspiring: Inspire responsibility through your daily actions.
  • Be Proud: Take pride in your daily achievements and want to support your local community.
  • Be Considerate: Collaborate well in an inclusive environment.
  • Own It: Own your attitude, motivation, and actions.

Our promise to you:

We're here to support you as much as you support our clients. Our mission is clear: to empower, ignite opportunities, support resilience, and nurture career success for everyone.

Our workplace is dynamic, committed, encouraging, and empathetic. We believe in creating an environment that is not just about professional growth but also personal wellbeing. As part of the Get Set UK team, you'll enjoy:

  • Competitive salaries that appreciate your hard work and dedication.
  • Comprehensive pension schemes designed for your future security.
  • Healthcare packages that prioritise your wellbeing.
  • Gym memberships to support your physical health and mental clarity.
  • An inclusive employee forum where your voice is heard and valued.
  • Continuous training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed.

Get Set for a better tomorrow:

Can you clearly communicate your career ambitions? Do you have the conviction and skills to accomplish them? Great! We want to hear from you today.
