As IPS Contract Manager – CLF Area, you will lead a high-profile, multi-borough IPS service delivering evidence-based, fidelity-led employment support to people accessing mental health services.

You will be accountable for performance, quality, people, partnerships and impact, ensuring the IPS model is delivered with integrity, pace and purpose.

This is a senior role where your leadership directly changes lives through work.


You will work alongside:

  • NHS and Mental Health Trusts

  • Clinical teams and service leads

  • Commissioners and system partners

  • Employers across Central London

  • IPS Team Leaders and Employment Specialists

This is fast-moving, relationship-driven supported employment. You will:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the IPS contract across CLF boroughs

  • Drive performance against job start, sustainment and progression KPIs

  • Embed the IPS Fidelity Model, achieving Good–Excellent standards

  • Line-manage and develop Team Leaders and staff

  • Build trusted partnerships with clinicians, commissioners and stakeholders

  • Ensure employment is integrated into clinical pathways

  • Oversee forecasting, budgets and contract risk

  • Lead audits, reviews and continuous improvement activity

  • Ensure safeguarding, GDPR and audit readiness

  • Promote reflective practice, wellbeing and resilience

  • Act as a senior ambassador for IPS and Get Set UK

Who This Role Is For

  • IPS or supported employment

  • Mental health, health or social care services

  • Complex contract and performance management

  • Multi-site or system-wide service delivery
